TrizCHLOR 4HC Shampoo is an antimicrobial and antipruritic shampoo formulated for cats, dogs and horses.

Active ingredients

TrizCHLOR 4HC Shampoo contains:

• Chlorhexidine gluconate 4%
• Hydrocortisone 1%
• TrizEDTA (tromethamine USP, disodium EDTA dihydrate)
• Lauramine oxide
• Polyacrylate-1 crosspolymer
• Cocamidopropyl betaine
• Decyl glucoside
• Citric acid
• Polysorbate-20
• Methylchloroisothiazolinone
• Methylisothiazolinone
• Fragrance

Indications for use

TrizCHLOR 4 Shampoo is indicated for support of healthy skin for animals with conditions responsive to chlorhexidine. These conditions include:

• superficial, pruritic, bacterial and fungal skin infections, acute moist dermatitis (hot spots), and pododermatitis. The addition of hydrocortisone helps promote relief of itchy skin.

Administration and dosage

• Shake TrizCHLOR 4 Shampoo well.
• Apply to wet coat, rub onto skin and haircoat until lightly lathered.
• Allow shampoo to remain on skin and coat for 5-10 minutes.
• Rinse well.
• May be used daily or as directed by veterinarian.
